the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.



Sometimes we have our bad days and good days, and our bad days can get stressful. It's good to remember to take care of yourself before you put yourself in a bad situation. Love yourself before you love others, and take care of yourself. Doing the smallest acts of kindness can lift your mood and others. Kindness is sometimes mistaken as weak or fragile. Kindness doesn't mean you let people walk all over you and forgive easily.


Things to do to lift your mood:

  1. Take a walk outside

  2. Listen to music

  3. Read a book

  4. Do some art

  5. Talk to friends

  6. You can start a business or a website ;)

  7. Write a book

  8. Research anything. Ex: How the brain works, sports, history, etc...)

  9. Clean your room ( Put some music on and clean! Cleaning your room can help organize your head. I try to clean my room once a week, and deep clean once a month! ) Clean space = clean/organized mind

  10. Play with your pets if you have them!

  11. Sleep

  12. Try a new hobby

  13. Self-care! Take care of yourself. Put on a face mask or drink some tea and watch a movie.

If anyone is going threw a tough time remember you are not alone. Talk to someone, especially your parents. Trust me, I hate opening up to people and once I talked to my mom about what's going on in my life, it felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders.
